For Thanksgiving this year I was tasked with bringing the cranberry sauce along with a couple of pies. I found this recipe and everyone loved it!
1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup Orange Marmalade
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon (or 1 stick whole cinnamon)
Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours, cranberries should begin to pop.
Once the cranberries being to pop, gently smash the cranberries up against eh side of the crockpot to smooth out the mixture.
Cook on high with the lid off for another 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve with your favorite poultry dish!
