We had started eating it before I thought to take a picture. Excuse the gnaw marks!
What you will need:
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 package of dry ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon roasted red pepper chipotle sandwich spread*
Mix cheese together before adding sandwich spread and ranch dressing mix. Test flavor and add more of the ranch dressing or spread for more flavor. Form into a ball and wrap in saran wrap for refrigeration. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving with crackers.
* You can find the sandwich spread in the same place you will find mayo and other condiments at your grocery store. Not all grocery stores will have this option!
**Additional note, you may roll your cheese ball in finely chopped nuts before refrigeration, but as I am allergic I don't ever do it.
